Milton Garden Club

Milton Garden Club Visits Bailey Farm & Gardens

We were delighted to welcome members of the Milton Garden Club to Bailey Farm & Gardens for a “walk about” of the gardens and woodland trails. Master Gardener, Bill Bailey, provided horticultural education to the local Milton Gardeners as all enjoyed the visual feast of blooming Hellebores, Trillium, Blood Root and Red Buds to name just a few of the gardens’ highlights this time of year.

River's Alive Event

We hosted another great River’s Alive event October 16, 2010. We had over 100 participants and collected several tons of metal, tires, trash and more from several locations along Chicken Creek, Little River, sites off of Batesville Rd., Birmingham Highway, Deerfield Parkway, Lively Road, portions of Little River and more. (See pictures from the event…). Plan to join us again in October, 2011 for our annual community wide Rivers Alive clean-up.
